Export a Script

If you need to share, transfer, or back up a script and its associated settings, you can export it as a KACE Cloud script package file. The script package can be imported back into the script library at any time. The package will not include change history, run history, or hidden environment variable values.

To export a script,

1. Navigate to Libraries > Scripting.
2. On the Scripting page, select an existing script that you want to export and click Export to open the Export Script dialog.
3. Select Include Dependencies to include the dependencies from the existing script in the exported package file. Scripts with large dependencies may take longer to export.
4. Click Export.
   The script package file is created and the download starts.
