Refresh device details from inventory

The Refresh command retrieves the latest inventory information from the database and displays it in KACE Cloud. After a successful inventory request, a device administrator can click Refresh to ensure they have the most up-to-date view of the device information.

This command is available on all managed iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows devices.

To refresh a device:

1. Select the Devices tab in top navigation.
2. Select a device from the list.
3. In the right panel, click Refresh.
