Custom Compliance

Custom compliance in KACE Cloud allows administrators control which policy rules affect a device’s compliance status. For example, if a Resource like an App or Passcode rule fails, admins can choose to ignore it so the device is not marked as non-compliant. This helps adjust compliance checks to match specific needs. If multiple policies apply with different rules, the one with the highest priority takes effect.

This feature provides flexibility in managing device compliance without unnecessary distractions from non-critical application failures.
