Running device actions

This section describes the commands you can use to interact with managed devices. The following table lists the available commands and provides links to the relevant details, and it also indicates whether a command is supported on a specific OS.

IMPORTANT: On the Devices tab, a yellow icon on the left of the device name indicates that the device is not responding to KACE Cloud commands, even thou the device is in daily use. To address this issue, refresh the device inventory details using the Refresh command. For details, see Refresh device details from inventory.

NOTE: Some commands, such as Unenroll, are covered in other sections of the Help Center. You can use the links in the table to quickly navigate to a desired command.
